We collaborate with the HPU Green Team and is committed to making environmentally responsible decisions throughout our operations in order to minimize our footprint while still providing extraordinary food and service. We donate leftover food to Open Door Ministries. Leftover food is packaged, dated, and labeled and scheduled for pick up. Since we implemented the program two years ago, we have donated over 2,300 pounds of food.
